European & Rest of World Delivery Information
Unfortunately, due to restrictions and reliability with our couriers due to the national pandemic & Brexit, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK currently. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from arthroezesplints.com, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return or exchange an item. It might not be what you were expecting or just isn’t the right fit. We want you to be happy every time you shop with us at arthroezesplints.com and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
14 Days Exchange & Returns Policy for Peace Of Mind
The returns & exchange policy at arthroezesplints.com is valid for 14 days from the receipt of an item. You therefore have 14 days from the day you receive your item from arthroezesplints.com to inform our Customer Care Team that you wish to return or exchange the item if it is unsuitable.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, capable of resale.
Exchanges and Refunds
Before exchanging or returning any item, please contact us by using one of the four methods detailed below. We will then give you an authorisation number along with details of how and where to send your item. This authorisation number helps us process your return or exchange to arthroezesplints.com as quickly as possible. Items sent to us without an authorisation number may take longer to process.
You can obtain your arthroezesplints.com authorisation number and address details on where to send your item back to us from our Customer Care Team. Tell them whether you would like to exchange your product to an alternative, or whether you would like a full refund. You can contact our Customer Care Team in the following ways:
Please do not send items back unless you have been given your returns authorisation number and our address details.
We will refund you once we have received and processed the item. All postage costs incurred by you in returning the unwanted or exchange item(s) must be paid by you and are not refundable.
If you have opted for a delivery service such as next day courier service, this expedited or upgraded delivery service will not be refundable. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error or is due to a faulty product.
When sending an item back to us, it is sent back at your risk until we receive it. We therefore recommend that you send the item back to us using a tracked service with adequate insurance or cover for loss and/or damage to the product. Please use adequate packaging to protect the product. You are responsible for the product until it arrives back with us.
How Is The 14 Day Exchange & Returns Period Calculated?
The calculation of the 14 days includes all days (working or otherwise) from Monday to Sunday.
The cancellation or cooling off period begins to run depending upon when you receive your goods.
Where goods are delivered in one delivery, the end of the cooling off period is 14 days after the day on which the goods came into your physical possession.
Where you have ordered multiple goods in one order, but the goods are delivered on different days, the end of the cooling off period is 14 days after the day on which the last goods came into your physical possession.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel within this period. If you declare that you would like to cancel your order outside of this cooling off period, you will not be able to return or exchange your goods.
Is There a Restocking Fee?
arthroezesplints.com reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee at its sole discretion for items returned to us as unsuitable (where the item is not faulty and/or has not been sent in error). If you would like to check whether a restocking fee will apply to your return, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Inside 14 Days
We always try to make the best quality products all of the time, and we package our items to ensure they reach you safely. However, if an item that you receive is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be able to replace the item free of charge or provide you with a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed your returned item.
Outside 14 Days
If an item develops a fault caused by a manufacturing or materials defect outside of 14 days but inside of 12 months, we will be able to exchange the product where possible on a like for like basis. Where a like for like product is unavailable, a refund will be made for that product.
Please note, if an item develops a fault through misuse or user damage and is not the result of a manufacturing fault or shortfall, we will be unable to exchange or refund your purchase.

Delivery & Charges
Delivery charges are free to all UK orders, charges will only be made for next day or special delivery and are specified on the basket page of our website when placing an order.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 3 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date or offer you a full refund.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Risk and Ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.
Cancellation Rights
You cannot cancel your contract or return goods for a refund/credit if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order or personalised).
Items may be returned to arthroezesplints.com for the following reasons:
Where a product is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to let us know that you would like to return your item.
Please note that where you are returning the item due to it being unsuitable or where you have changed your mind, arthroezesplints.com reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Items that are not faulty must be returned to us in an unopened, resellable condition with all packaging intact.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, damage, visible wear and/or tear, and for any other reason deemed equitable when considering any depreciation in value of product returned to us (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
Prior to returning any item to arthroezesplints.com, you must obtain an authorisation number from a member of our team by contacting us on 01656655067, by email at contact@arthroezesplints.com or by filling in the contact form on our contact us page.
Items returned without an authorisation number may not be processed and may be returned to you at your cost.
Faulty Product Recovery
If you have received a product that is faulty or develops a fault, and we replace that product by sending you a direct or similar replacement product, we require the original faulty product to be returned to us. We will collect this product from you, free of charge.
Where we are unable to recover the product from you within 30 days of being made aware of the fault (for instance where our courier has attempted to collect the item from your address, but you were not in) we will invoice you for the full price of the product that we have been unable to recover.
The price we will invoice you is the price you paid for the product originally, or the current retail price of the product on our website, whichever is greater.
No reduction in price will be made to the invoice to take into consideration any fault – as we are unable to verify the fault, our assumption is that the product is not faulty. As you are in possession of product(s) that you have not paid for, the business will invoice you for those goods and you accept and acknowledge the business’s right to recover this amount.
Lost In Transit – Replacement Products
If you have not received a product that has been sent to the delivery address that you entered into our system at the point of order, and we have accepted that the item has been lost in transit, we will resend the item to the stated delivery address (or a different delivery address if provided by you and approved by us).
If subsequently, the product that had been lost in transit is delivered to you, you have a legal obligation to inform us of that delivery. We will then collect this product from you, free of charge.
Where we are unable to recover the product from you within 30 days of being made aware of the delivery (for instance where our courier has attempted to collect the item from your address, but you were not in) we will invoice you for the full price of the product that we have been unable to recover.
The price we will invoice you is the price you paid for the product originally, or the current retail price of the product on our website, whichever is greater.
No reduction in price will be made to the invoice to take into consideration any fault, packaging problem, damage etc. As you are in possession of product(s) that you have not paid for, the business will invoice you for those goods and you accept and acknowledge the business’s right to recover this amount.
